First phase of the Quarter Project is progressing

The construction work for the first phase of the Government quarter renovation and modernisation project (Quarter Project) has progressed as planned, and the topping-out ceremony was held in February.

We are serving as principal architect for the project. Government work environment partner and specialist Senate Properties is the project developer and YIT is the general contractor. Construction began in 2024, with the aim of completion by the end of this year.

The building utilities are being updated and the safety, energy efficiency and accessibility of the buildings are being improved. New multi-purpose space solutions are efficient and flexible, adapting to the ever changing needs of government. The renovations are being carried out with respect for the historical value and protected status of the buildings.
